Cocktail of the month
The recent multi-million pound refurbishment of London's Strand Palace Hotel has seen its Mask Bar magically transformed into one of the capital's hottest hangouts. The new mirrored interior, clever mood lighting and soft leather chairs make it the perfect place to relax with an after-work or post-theatre tipple.
In celebration, the bar's talented staff have conjured up a 33 strong cocktail list, featuring very tempting offerings such as Strawberry Daiquiri and Melancholy Martini.
However, one of the bar's biggest hits is the Moon River cocktail. 'It's a firm favourite among guests,' says manager Ewa Podalak. 'People love its exciting blue colour and mix of sweet and fruity flavours.'
Want to mix up a Moon River of your own at home? Here's how...
Moon River

13ml gin; 13ml apricot brandy; 13ml Cointreau; 13ml Galliano; 13ml Blue Curacao liqueur; 50ml lime juice
