Alternatively, if you're looking for a treat that involves eating and drinking too, try the Serenity & Champagne package. It includes a stimulating Decleor sea salt body polish, an Aromaplasti facial and pressure-point massage, followed by a gourmet lunch and chilled glass of bubbly. Hey, you deserve it! And finally, the exotic-sounding Oriental Escape comprises of a 30-minute hot stone massage, Hopi ear candle treatment and Indian head massage. The theory? The warm stones stimulate energy flow and restore balance within the body, while the traditional Indian techniques employed in the massage simply help you to bliss out and relax... Once you've finished, you'll be more than ready to face winter head-on. The uber-relaxing package costs £105.
