Heaven Monthly Online Draw Terms and Conditions - December

1. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over only, except employees and their immediate families of Nestlé UK Ltd, their agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2. No purchase required, the winner will be drawn at random by an independent person from all entries received by the closing date.
3. Only one entry per person. Bulk entries or entries sent through trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties will not be accepted.
4. Closing date is midnight on 14.01.08.
5. The prize is a Country Manor Weekend at one of the following locations; Buckinghamshire; Cheshire; Co Durham; Cumbria x 2; Devon; Dunbartonshire; E Sussex; Gloucestershire; Hertfordshire; Lanarkshire; Strathclyde; Surrey; Warwickshire x 2; Yorkshire x 2. The prize is for two adults aged over 18, with one night's four star accommodation, including bed, breakfast and evening meal. Leisure facilities vary from house to house. Travel to the venue is not included and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Prize must be taken before 31^st December 2008 and must be a Friday or Saturday night excluding Christmas, New Year, and all Bank Holidays. Subject to availability.
7. Winner will be notified in writing within 14 days of the closing date.
8. Proof of sending is not accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter is not liable for non- or late receipt of any entry, due to operator or network error, nor for any associated cost to claimants.
9. There is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.
10. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Winner may be required to participate in publicity.
12. Winner's details will be displayed online from 01.02.08.
