Tigra Sport Rouge - Every Street's a Catwalk

With modern lines and undeniable style Vauxhall Tigra attracts attention, and now there's a new Tigra, the Tigra Sport Rouge.

Tigra Sport Rouge has the retractable hardtop which you'd expect from Tigra, only now it's covered in fabric, like a soft top.  So now you can have the safety and protection from the elements you'd expect from a hard top, with the style and freedom of a soft top.  Not only that, the top 'drops' in under 20 seconds so you'll be able to soak up every ray of sunshine no matter how long it stays!

Looks Great

The great styling doesn't stop when you step inside the Tigra Sport Rouge.  The sports seats, which come as standard, have six way adjustment and are optionally available in leather.  The leather covered steering wheel has the radio controls mounted on it, and Tigra also comes with an auxiliary-in socket so you can hook up your MP3 player and listen to a wider range of music.

Look Inside

When the sun is out we want a roadster, when it's not, we don't!  Tigra caters for both and there's still plenty of room for bags and shopping.  The power-operated boot lid opens one-way when you retract the hard top and the other when you want to load your luggage.  The boot space is roomy providing 440 litres of loadspace with the roof up and 250 litres when it's lowered.  On top of that there's a deep stowage compartment of 70 litres behind the seats.

Look Deeper

Looks can only get you so far, that's why it's reassuring to know that Tigra delivers a really fun drive.  There is a choice of either 1.4i or 1.8i 16v petrol engines or an economical 1.3 CDTi diesel engine.  The dynamic chassis has been tuned for high stability, impressive grip and superb ride comfort.  Driving Tigra is easy, the speed-sensitive, power assisted steering gives you a sense of control.

Look After Yourself

Tigra has a sensible side too, the high-strength aluminium style hoops behind the seats provide additional head protection, and they look good too.  It comes with an Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) and driver and passenger twin side-impact airbags as standard and has a 4-star EURO NCAP safety rating.
