Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over with a full UK valid driving license and excludes employees of the Promoter and its subsidiaries or agents, and their families, or anyone associated with this promotion, including Microsoft employees.
2. Promotion closing date for all entries is at 09:00 GMT on April 5th 2009, entries received after closure date will not be valid for prize draw.
3. No purchase necessary. To enter, visit http://specials.uk.msn.com/fiat-qubo/qubo-competition.aspx to register your details and enter the answer to the question, which can be found on the Competition page.
4. The first 3 valid entries drawn from all entries will receive a Fiat Qubo 1.3 MultiJet Dynamic in standard specification for exclusive use for 12 month from the date of receiving the car. The winners will be asked to visit their preferred Fiat dealership to collect their car. The car shown on the competition page is for illustrative purposes only. Guarantees and indemnities may be required. Standard personal contract terms and conditions apply; winners must comply with FGA Contracts credit rating conditions. The winners will have to sign an agreement under FGA Contracts in order to receive the prize. Personal Hire Contract terms for the conditions of use of the vehicle including and not limited to mileage restriction.
5. Insurance and road tax are provided by the promoter; all other costs including fuel, fees, fines, tolls are not covered by promoter.
6. The prize draw will take place on 6th April 2009 supervised by an independent person whose name will be available upon written request to Fiat Group Automobiles UK Ltd, Fiat house, 240 Bath Road, Slough, SL1 4DX.
7. Incomplete, incorrect or illegible entries are invalid. One entry per household only.
8. The Promoter will use its reasonable endeavors to notify the prize winners within a week of the prize draw. The prize winners will be required to confirm within 7 days of notification that they wish to take the prize. In the event that a prize winner fails to confirm as instructed that they wish to take the prize or if at any point the Promoter discovers that an entry was invalid then the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify such person from the Promotion. The Promoter may therefore conduct a re-draw in the event that it discovers any error or problem with the original draw.
9. The prize winners’ names and counties will be made available by sending a SAE to Fiat Auto, Fiat House, Marketing department, 240 Bath road, SL1 4DX within 60 days of the closing date.
10. Prizes are non-transferable. In the event the prize promoted is not available Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of same or higher value. The Promoter also reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
11. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, prizes is available only to the winners.
12. The Promoter will use personal data collected: (i) for the purposes of the promotion; (ii) to send you future Insurance guides, important news from the Fiat Group Automobiles and information about new services, promotions and special offers you might be interested in; and (iii) in accordance with it’s privacy policy. 13. Personal data will also be collected in accordance with Microsoft’s Privacy policy which can be found at http://privacy.microsoft.com/. Microsoft only collects personal data for the purposes of the competition and Microsoft will not distribute the data to anyone other than the Promoter and Microsoft will not retain the personal data after 6 weeks after the competition.

15. By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
